I truly believe that you can’t achieve sustainable fat loss & happy hormones without movement. So we start there.
To do this you need a quick and effective training program that fits seamlessly into your busy schedule that will leave you energized and ready to take on your day. That means short but intense workouts that will keep your hormones happy & tap into your fat burning furnace to keep you burning calories for hours after the workout is over. Flexible Food Protocol
Our metabolism is influenced by many factors other than how much or little we eat. In my many years of experience 80% of weight loss is determined by the hormone/food interaction. Eating in a way that optimizes our hormones is the best way to improve our metabolism. This is where my flexible food protocol comes into play. It will allow you to lose weight without starving or feeling deprived.
It means finally getting off the diet roller coaster and fueling your body properly to keep your energy levels high, cravings under control, and your hormones working as fat burners not fat storers. This flexible nutrition protocol will allow you to eat with your family and enjoy the foods you love without feeling like you are missing out
I believe that 80% of weight loss happens between your ears, in that big beautiful brain of yours. The third thing you need is to master consistently showing up for yourself to build healthy habits that will keep you progressing towards your health and fitness goals. I call this the “Winning Woman’s Mentality”. Rather than getting overwhelmed by big goals that seem unattainable, setting smaller goals that you crush each and every day which, over time, lead you to accomplishing your big goals.
