It’s been over 2 years since I started training with Laurie. Little did I know that rebuilding my core after my final pregnancy would be the gateway to a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. Every program Laurie develops is effective
and efficient. Her in depth knowledge and experience shines through in everything she does. I am stronger and more confident today than I’ve ever been in my entire adult life.
