Fitness has always been a part of my life. I have trained and competed in quite a few half marathons (one when I was 4 months pregnant), I have trained and competed in many triathlons (Half Ironman in 2008), and compete in figure competitions.
My clients appreciate the fact that I am a Registered Physiotherapist and a Certified Personal trainer. They feel confident in my understanding of the body and fitness as well as my medical training. The combination of these two disciplines along with a more holistic approach means that you achieve your fitness and wellness goals in a medically sound fashion.
